As a Store Owner utilizing the iAmX platform, you are expected to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure the highest standard of service and protect customer interests:
- Accurate Information Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date details of your store, including operating hours, product catalog, and contact information. Any changes should be promptly updated on the platform to avoid customer confusion.
- Compliance with Regulations: Provide precise information regarding alcohol content, food safety practices, allergens, additives, and other relevant details in accordance with applicable laws and standards. Failure to comply may result in legal repercussions and termination of partnership with iAmX.
- Order Preparation and Packaging: Ensure orders are prepared and packaged with utmost care and attention to detail, following customer specifications and any special instructions provided. Packaging materials should be suitable for transportation to prevent contamination or spoilage.
- Non-Discriminatory Practices: Treat all customers equally and with respect, regardless of race, gender, religion, or any other characteristic. Discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of partnership with iAmX.
- Product Safety and Quality: Prioritize the safety and quality of all products sold through the iAmX platform. Conduct regular inspections of your premises to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and proper storage practices. Any reports of contaminated or substandard products will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken, including possible legal consequences.
- Accurate Product Labeling: Clearly label food products as vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and/or vegan as appropriate, ensuring transparency for customers with dietary restrictions or preferences. Misleading labeling or misrepresentation of products may result in penalties and termination of partnership with iAmX.
- Careful Handling of Orders: Handle and package orders with the utmost care to prevent damage, spillage, or tampering during transportation. Use appropriate packaging materials and secure packaging techniques to ensure product integrity upon delivery.
- Inventory Maintenance: Regularly update the product and inventory catalog based on product availability and seasonal changes. Failure to accurately reflect product availability may result in customer dissatisfaction and potential legal disputes.
- Legal Compliance and Ethical Conduct: Conduct business operations in full compliance with local, state, and federal laws, refraining from engaging in any criminal activities such as fraud, embezzlement, or money laundering. Respect the legal rights of others and refrain from any actions that may cause harm or damage to iAmX property or reputation.
- Confidentiality and Data Security: Safeguard customer details and store owner account credentials to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches. Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive information from cyber threats or malicious attacks.
- Timely Payments and Verification: Ensure timely payments to partners and adhere to contractual agreements regarding revenue sharing and financial transactions. Conduct thorough background checks, including police verification and license validation, for all partners involved in delivery services to ensure the safety and integrity of the delivery process. Ensure that the Partner is not intoxicated while providing the delivery services.
- Customer Feedback and Dispute Resolution: Actively solicit and respond to customer feedback, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Implement effective dispute resolution mechanisms to resolve customer disputes and maintain positive relationships with customers.
