Migration
Yes, you can migrate data pertaining to products and their variants (including customizations), as well as customer data, order data and inventory data. Typically, the migration process takes 15-30 hours. The time taken depends on the volume of data and how it has been organized.

While we take all necessary measures to ensure that there is no data loss during the migration process, however, this may happen in rare instances depending on how your existing data is stored. Additionally, we recommend scheduling a call with our data migration experts to ensure minimal impact on your day-to-day operations.
iAmX’s software suite offers you the ability to manage multiple branches or warehouses through a single platform: Store by iAmX. You don’t need separate subscriptions or licenses.
Pricing
For a limited period, the iAmX software suite is free to use. You’ll be notified 60 days prior to us introducing our payment plans.
When we introduce our payment plans, they will be based on a subscription model. This will allow you to enjoy all the incredible features that iAmX has to offer, without staggering capital costs.
At iAmX, our goal is to make things simple and transparent. And so, we have a straightforward subscription model, without any hidden charges or add-on fees.

Inventory Management
Yes, it does. We offer advanced inventory tracking that helps you manage stock updates, inter-branch inventory transfers and much more
The alerts functionality is currently under development. For every product in each warehouse, you can determine the threshold for a low stock alert.
You can currently import products and inventory data with a simple excel file upload. We will be letting you export your inventory data shortly.
We are in the process of offering seamless integration with both, barcode scanners and label printers.
No, there’s no upper limit. You can add as many products as you’d like to.
At the moment, you can accept delivery orders. In the near future, you’ll be able to manage and track your own delivery fleet through Deliver by iAmX (coming soon).

Our goal is give you a flexible framework that you can use to price products as you wish to. For instance, you can price items differently for different sales channels (dine-in, takeaway, orders from third-party platforms, etc.) and you can also create combos.

Reporting & Analytics
Our software will provide you with a set of standard reports. You can use them to understand the channels you’re getting revenue from, the number of orders, how various discounts and offers are performing, etc.

Hardware Compatibility
As of now, iAmX’s software suite is compatible with receipt printers as well as tablets and computers. In the coming months, we’re looking to integrate with various point of sale card machines, cash drawers etc.
