What are the support team’s hours of operation?

Our support team is available to answer your queries from 9am to 7pm IST, Monday to Sunday.

Can I access online resources like tutorials for self-help?

Can I get a demo of the product before purchasing it?

Can I use your software even if I lose access to the internet?

At the moment we don’t offer an offline mode, but we are working to enable it.

Migration

Can I migrate my existing data from another point of sale system to iAmX?

Yes, you can migrate data pertaining to products and their variants (including customizations), as well as customer data, order data and inventory data. Typically, the migration process takes 15-30 hours. The time taken depends on the volume of data and how it has been organized.

What is the process for transferring my data to your system?

Once you sign up, you will receive detailed instructions on how to import and organize data on Store by iAmX. If you need additional help, you can reach out to our support team at [email protected].

Is there any assistance provided during the migration process?

Absolutely. Our team of experts is happy to assist you with the data migration process. We can provide you with a transition plan and also help you execute the process. You can reach out to our support team at [email protected] to get started.

Is there be any downtime or data loss during the migration process?

While we take all necessary measures to ensure that there is no data loss during the migration process, however, this may happen in rare instances depending on how your existing data is stored. Additionally, we recommend scheduling a call with our data migration experts to ensure minimal impact on your day-to-day operations.

How do I manage multiple branches/stores or warehouses? Do I need separate subscriptions/licenses for each?

iAmX’s software suite offers you the ability to manage multiple branches or warehouses through a single platform: Store by iAmX. You don’t need separate subscriptions or licenses.

Pricing

How much does the point of sale software cost?

For a limited period, the iAmX software suite is free to use. You’ll be notified 60 days prior to us introducing our payment plans.

Is the pricing based on a subscription model or a one-time payment?

When we introduce our payment plans, they will be based on a subscription model. This will allow you to enjoy all the incredible features that iAmX has to offer, without staggering capital costs.

Are there any additional fees or hidden charges?

At iAmX, our goal is to make things simple and transparent. And so, we have a straightforward subscription model, without any hidden charges or add-on fees.

 Do you offer different pricing plans with varying features?

Yes, we will be launching multiple subscription plans to cater to different operational needs.

Inventory Management

 Does the software support inventory tracking and management?

Yes, it does. We offer advanced inventory tracking that helps you manage stock updates, inter-branch inventory transfers and much more

The alerts functionality is currently under development. For every product in each warehouse, you can determine the threshold for a low stock alert.

Is it possible to import and export inventory data?

You can currently import products and inventory data with a simple excel file upload. We will be letting you export your inventory data shortly.

Does the iAmX software suite integrate with barcode scanners and label printers?

We are in the process of offering seamless integration with both, barcode scanners and label printers.

Is there a limit to the number of products I can add to a store inventory?

No, there’s no upper limit. You can add as many products as you’d like to.

Can I manage my own delivery fleet using your software?

At the moment, you can accept delivery orders. In the near future, you’ll be able to manage and track your own delivery fleet through Deliver by iAmX (coming soon).

Offers & Discounts

Can I create and apply discounts and promotional offers?

Yes, you can.

Is there a feature to set up loyalty programs for repeat customers?

Yes, we’re in the process of building this feature.

How flexible is the system in handling complex pricing structures?

Our goal is give you a flexible framework that you can use to price products as you wish to. For instance, you can price items differently for different sales channels (dine-in, takeaway, orders from third-party platforms, etc.) and you can also create combos.

Can I generate reports to analyze the efficacy of my offers and discounts?

Yes, you can. Through our dashboard, you can generate reports that will help you analyze this information.

Reporting & Analytics

What kind of sales reports and analytics does the software provide?

Our software will provide you with a set of standard reports. You can use them to understand the channels you’re getting revenue from, the number of orders, how various discounts and offers are performing, etc.

Can I track sales performance by product, category, or time period?

Yes, you can do this. To help you make smart, informed decisions and understand every aspect of your business, we allow you to track sales performance via the metrics that matter most to you.

Does iAmX offer customizable report templates?

We don’t offer this at the moment, but we are working towards offering this feature. Stay tuned.

Can I export the reports for further analysis in other software?

Currently, No. You will soon have the option to export data into .CSV or .XLSX files.

Hardware Compatibility

What type of hardware is compatible with the software (cash drawers, receipt printers, etc.)?

As of now, iAmX’s software suite is compatible with receipt printers as well as tablets and computers. In the coming months, we’re looking to integrate with various point of sale card machines, cash drawers etc.

Do you sell hardware or provide hardware recommendations?

We do not sell any hardware, but we can offer our recommendations. Reach out to [email protected] for further details.

Can I use my existing hardware with the software?

Yes, you can.

Are there any specific operating system or device requirements?

To use  iAmX’s software suite, all you need is a device with internet access. We also recommend updating to the latest version of your web brower.

Integration & Customization

Does the iAmX software integrate with other business tools like accounting software?

Stay tuned. We will soon offer integration with Zoho Books and QuickBooks.

Can I customize the software to fit my specific business needs?

Yes, our software is built with flexibility in mind, which means that you can tailor it to your specific needs. However, if you have specific customization requests, please reach out to our team at [email protected].

Are there APIs available for integrating with third-party applications?

There are no public APIs available, but there will be certain integrations that you’ll be able to make use of, soon.

Can I add my company logo and customize receipts and invoices?

The invoices and receipts follow a template, but you can customize them with your company logo and details.
